We ship Australia Wide

Shipping costs are based on your purchase item and your location.

Once you have placed an order, the shipping costs will be calculated.

NSW- $250

QLD- $350

VIC- $350

SA- $350

If you are located in WA or NT we will contact you directly and give you a specific quote and you can choose to go ahead with the order or not.

We deliver Australia-wide, including regional areas. Currently, we do not ship overseas.

We have approximately a 4-week build time on most of our swings and shipping is on average 2- 7 days.

We use furniture private removalists as well as some of the larger freight companies for transport. We do our utmost to deliver the swings to you in a timely fashion, however, unforeseen circumstances may arise and delays incurred. If such happens, we will always communicate with you on progress and update you on delivery schedules.

You will receive notice that your swing is nearing completion and when to anticipate an email regarding tracking for delivery.

Please make a note to us if you feel that access to your property may be an issue and if you are in an apartment building.

Payment for the item(s) must be paid for in full before dispatch. If you need payment plan options, please contact us for support.

* You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. If there is damage to your item(s) after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

*All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 30 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

*Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.
