Once you have received your items you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us in exchange for a full refund or a credit to our store, whichever you would prefer. You do have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved.

This refund is for all of our standard shop items. For any returned items, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email us prior to returning the item so we can assist you.

The item must be in its original condition and have a receipt of purchase sent back to us with the item. It is advised to send the item back using a traceable courier service, as all items remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.

The product must be:

1. In brand-new condition

2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled

3. Unused, no pieces missing

4. With original tags and packaging

 

Please note// For all custom builds and cushions, we do not offer refunds. We will consult with you throughout the process and where possible, if changes need to be made along the way, then we can do so, however, once the item has been confirmed and constructed we do not offer refunds.

A refund may be given on a custom item if there is a fault with the product or we have not manufactured the item to set specifications confirmed.

Items that can’t be returned, include:

1. Sale items

2. Customised items

3. Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)

4. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Faulty or Damaged Products

1. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage, or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. Such as damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

2. All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 30 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

3. Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.

When you are ready to purchase your items, click the Proceed to Checkout button. Please log in if you have an account with us, if you do not already have an account you will be prompted to create one which will include details such as Name, contact phone, email, and shipping address.

On your payment screen, you will see the total amount of items. Please add your payment method, billing address, and shipping address.

Full Payment is to be made prior to the release or shipping of any items. We do offer payment installments, however, they will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card or bank information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secure.

“Voucher Code”

NOTES:

  • Please make sure that you enter the voucher code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined. You can only use one voucher code per order.
  • Vouchers are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for voucher discounts.
