We take your privacy very seriously. We will never disclose any of your personal information to a third party.

If you choose to subscribe to our free downloads or our update posts we will only use your information to send you Cartia Collective email correspondence only. You have the ability to  unsubscribe at any time and this can be done by clicking on the unsubscribe option on the bottom of any email correspondence. 

Any other personal details you provide will only be used by Cartia Collective to process your orders.

We do use cookies which are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. Shipping costs are base upon your purchase item and your location. Once you have placed an order, we will get back to you within 24 hrs via email to confirm your purchase and show you inclusive freight costs. 

We deliver Australia wide, including regional areas. Currently we do not ship overseas. 

We have approximately a 4 week build time on most of our swings and shipping is on average 2- 7 days. 

We use furniture removalist's for our large swings. We do our upmost to deliver the swings to you in a timely fashion, however unforeseen circumstances may arise and delays incurred. If such happens, we will always communicate with you on progress and update you on delivery schedules. 

Please make a note to us if you feel that access to your property may be an issue and if you are in an apartment building. 

Payment for the item(s) must be paid for in full before dispatch. If you need payment plan options, please contact us for support.

We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not absolutely ecstatic about your purchase. Once you have received your items you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us in exchange for a full refund or a credit to our store, whichever you would prefer. 

This refund is for all of our standard shop items. For any return items, shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email us prior to returning the item so we can assist you.

The item must be in its original condition and have a receipt of purchase sent back to us with the item. It is advised to send the item back using a traceable courier service, as all items remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.

Please note// For all custom builds and cushions, we do not offer refunds. We will consult with you throughout the process and where possible, if changes need to be made along the way, then we can do so, however, once the item has been confirmed and constructed we do not offer refunds. 

A refund may be given on a custom item if there is a fault with the product or we have not manufactured the item to set specifications confirmed.
